Huber has developed systems to administer a full range of contracts in a variety of industries. We currently support contracts ranging in size from under $100,000 to over $15+ million.

Major Projects Huber has completed include:

Commercial projects:
  • A and U-frames, and other structural assemblies with hydraulic Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's)
  • DNV / ABS approved Steering control systems for marine vessels
  • Boat davits, cargo pumps, winches, capstans, bow thrusters
  • Anchor windlass, portable oil recovery stations, operating skimmers, booms, and Scow barges
  • Self elevating boat jacking systems with electronic PLC controls
  • Barrier gate and lift deck systems with PLC control for ferry boats
  • Hydraulics for power to cylinders and motors on offshore vessels
  • Hydraulic units and integration with PLC's for large scale rubber balers which support the petro-chemical industry
  • Trash digester system (C-Tek/Bedminster/Sumter-McClier Eng.)
  • Lifting systems (Kamewa/Global Thruster)
  • Ratchet Chock HPU System
  • Multi-axis motion platform replicating sea state conditions

  • US Navy, LPD-17 class vessels (stern-gate, port and starboard inboard watertight bulkhead doors, HPU and ballast systems)
  • US Navy, LSD-49 class vessels (stern gate and ballast HPU)
  • US Navy, LCAC manual hand pump and reservoir
  • US Navy, USS Waters (U-frames)
  • US Army, Logistics Support Vessel (hydraulics and operational controls for bow visor, articulating ramp, and stern ramp)
